Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
Exchange Process:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process. Once your return is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item to you promptly.
